The prayer guide makes a convenient way to keep all the pertinent information in one location. Print one form and then turn it over in your printer and print the the other side. If you fold it like a bulletin, you can have all the names on the outside. If you fold it again, you will have the names of the individuals for which you are praying. It makes a handy book mark or fits in the visor of your car. (Be creative!)
When clicking on the two links below for "file download", select "save" so that you can make adjustments to the form on your computer and save them. (Sorry there is a problem with the two files. I'm working on a solution.)
